WHITSUNDAY Hearing has been serving the region since 2003, with owner Sarah Logan taking the reins in 2019.
Mrs Logan has been in the ‘hearing business’ for 19 years and owned and operated a business in Brisbane, prior to moving to the area.
They are accredited under the government hearing program, meaning they provide subsidised products and services.
The team helps children from the age of four, providing wax removal using a vacuum, and they are experts on hearing aids and hearing rehabilitation.
They provide full medical and industrial hearing tests for pre-employment and screening.
The main office is at the 121 Medical Centre, Cannonvale, but they service the Whitsunday and Burdekin region, from Proserpine to Bowen, Home Hill and Ayr.
Mrs Logan has built up a loyal customer base by striving for excellence and quality customer care that doesn’t stop when they leave the clinic.
Buying and fitting hearing aids can be a sensitive subject, and it can be an emotional time for some.

“We pride ourselves on our customer service and we are open five days a week,” Mrs logan said.
“There is always someone here that can help with your hearing devices, and we offer loan devices to our customers who have purchased from here.
“We are local, locally owned and we employ local people.”
