AN $8m REFURBISHMENT of Mantra Club Croc, in Cannonvale, was unveiled earlier this month.
Owned by Well Smart Group, and operated under Accor’s Mantra brand, the resort’s new interior design concept offers ‘seaside elegance…with coastal-inspired décor’.
Accor Pacific chief operating officer PME Adrian Williams said the upgrade had ‘raised the bar’.
“The transformation of all 160 guestrooms, coupled with the upcoming upgrades to other areas of the resort, solidifies Mantra Club Croc as a premier holiday destination, seamlessly blending historical charm with modern coastal flair,” he said, adding the resort was housed in a traditional Queenslander-style building.
“It has raised the bar on hotel accommodation, and elevated the guest experience in the holiday hotspot of Airlie Beach.
“Accor and Well Smart Group have a long and successful relationship, and we are thrilled for the opportunity to partner with them again on this refurbishment. Their incredible vision is evident in every detail of the project.”
The upgrade also includes ‘reimagined’ room service, a new poolside cocktail service, and a high-speed Wi-Fi upgrade (complimentary to all guests).
The resort’s reception area and poolside restaurant and bar will also be refurbished later in the year.
