THE PCYC is running a special school holiday program to teach adolescents vital skills.
A Boxing and Personal Safety Workshop will take place on Monday, April 8, from 1pm to 4pm.
It targets young people aged 12 to 19 years old.
There will be a combination of theory, the legal side and physical activities, in relation to self-defence.
Sergeant Billy will then run an introductory session on boxing skills at the workshop, being held at the PCYC Whitsunday, Jubilee Pocket.
The workshop is free but bookings are essential as there are limited spots.
