A NEW cleaning business is taking the Whitsundays by storm with its commitment to creating healthier spaces through sustainable practices.
Clean Sunnie is an eco-conscious cleaning and home organisation business based in the Whitsundays.
The business uses non-toxic cleaning services ‘made for healthy homes’; it also services workplaces.
The products offered range from ‘The Daily Glow’ to ‘The Full Bloom’, among many others.
‘The Daily Glow’ is a ‘freshen’ up using natural products that ‘support your health and energy’, while ‘The Full Bloom’ is a ‘detailed, focused clean that detoxifies’ without using harsh chemicals.
There are plenty of other products offered including ‘The Natural Order’, a home organisation and styling service that ‘transforms cluttered spaces into beautifully organised, functional areas using only the finest sustainable products’.
“We specialise in creating personalised organisation systems using non-toxic, Australian brand storage solutions and decor items,” business founder Nadine Brown said.
“Every transformation focuses on reducing waste, eliminating chemical exposure, and creating spaces that support your health and wellbeing, while maintaining stunning aesthetics.”
Since launching in early 2025, the business’s mission has been rooted in reducing toxic chemicals in homes and supporting marine conservation at the same time.
“Starting in June this year, we’ve committed $1 from every service to Whitsundays charity Eco Barge Clean Seas, which addresses turtle rehabilitation and marine debris removal,” Nadine said.
“This is just the beginning of what we envision as Clean Sunnie’s ongoing contribution to environmental stewardship.”
At the end of August, alongside digital artist and zoologist Holly, from Ever Gaia, Clean Sunnie will be launching its first major conservation campaign: Protect Your Place.
“This will involve a week-long community scavenger hunt, with daily giveaways and all proceeds going directly to Eco Barge Clean Seas,” Nadine said, adding ‘this campaign is just the beginning’.
“My background in studying science, environmental health and nutrition – and an ongoing vision for expanding into low-tox linen services and water-waste management – demonstrates our broader commitment to circular, sustainable home living,” she said.
“Each initiative, from pantry organisation to chemical-free linen, will always seek to give back to environmental causes here in the heart of the reef.
“Our goal is to not only educate households but to inspire action, awareness, and community investment.”
