CQ Rescue’s ‘Rescue Chopper Week’ started on Monday (October 14, 2024) and we invite you to join us in raising funds for our life-saving service.
Schools are encouraged to host a free dress-up day, a fun run, host a disco or any event that takes their fancy.
Businesses are encouraged to wear orange and blue or host a FUNdraising morning tea.
Or you can even grab a group of friends and host a FUNdraiser at home.
Along with raising funds to help keep us flying, you could win a helicopter landing near you.
Meet the heroic crew, explore the rescue helicopter up close and learn what it takes to carry out our rescue missions.
The landing is made possible by our valued partners Woollam Constructions.
The CQ Rescue helicopter is community-funded and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
In 2023, CQ Rescue completed 716 lifesaving missions – each a story of resilience and hope.
