BUSINESSES with job vacancies are being urged to secure their spot at the upcoming Whitsunday Jobs Fair.
Taking place at Proserpine State High School, the free event will bridge the gap between employers and prospective employees.
The inaugural Whitsunday Jobs Fair is due to take place on Monday, October 14, 2024.
It is hosted by the Whitsundays Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WCCI), in partnership with chamber members IDEAL Placements, Proserpine State High School, and Link and Launch.
“The Jobs Fair offers a unique platform for recruitment, networking and career development,” a WCCI spokesperson said.
“The Jobs Fair promises something for everyone including school leavers, those new to the workforce and those returning to the workforce.
“So, whether you’re a new job market candidate, a seasoned professional or someone looking to switch careers, this is for you.”
