TWO well respected boutique real estate agents have merged to create a bigger and more far-reaching agency.
Tropical Rentals Whitsunday and Dolphin Realty merged on December 11, 2024, combining to make one agency that will cover even more services in the future.
The combined company is now known as Dolphin Realty.
Tropical Rentals Whitsunday began in 2019 with the focus on Property Management and Holiday Letting Management.
As a result of the efforts and professional high-quality service and committed professionals, Tropical Rentals has experienced good growth over the past several years.
This has been in no small way also directly related to the success their customers and clients have experienced.
Dolphin Realty shares the same values as Tropical Rentals Whitsunday.
Opening the doors in 2020, with a passion and dedication to real estate sales, Principal Nick Beecroft is motivated in his passion for helping people achieve their goals, personalised service, getting the job done and the best outcome for all his clients.

The new business assured clients that there were several things that would not change:
– Clients will continue to work with the same people they have in the past
– The fee structure will not change
– The services provided to clients in the past will continue to be offered by the combined firm.
– All contact information for the combined entity will remain the same with the exception of the email addresses, which will change in the long-term to info@dolphinrealty.com.au
“In fact, this pooling of resources will allow us to better serve and grow our business, which then in turn will help us realise our full potential, thus better able to serve clients in the future,” Ms Southee said.
“It is expected there will be minimal disruptions to our business as a result of the change in ownership.
“Our leadership team, and our dedication to service excellence, will remain the same. That means no interruptions in our service to customers.”
Tropical Rentals Whitsunday is grateful to its wonderful local tradespeople and creditors and to landlords, tenants and guests for their loyalty and friendship, which have enriched the relationship.
